Tammy Jane Irvin Stroupe, 49 of Dillard Circle, Shelby, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Hospice at Wendover, Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County, on January 29, 1974, she was the daughter of Debra Strange and the late Dennis Ray Irvin.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Irvin and grandparents, Jim Strange and Betty Strange.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Arnold Wayne Stroupe; son, Dustin Stroupe and fiancee, Kerri Edwards of Shelby; daughter, Amber Stroupe and fiance, Josh Pearson of Casar; brother, David Irvin of Shelby and six grandchildren, Ayden, Autumn, Canaan, Aryah, Aurora and Ciarra.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 2, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
