Ted A. Riviere Jr., "Teddy", passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 29, 2024 at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, NC.

Ted was 60 years old and was born in Charlotte, NC. Ted did not wish to have a funeral or memorial service but has asked his family to scatter his ashes in one of his favorite places, the golf course.

Teddy loved golf, Carolina basketball, Cowboys football and spending time with his friends. He had many friends and family who have supported him and stood by him during his battle with Leukemia.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents, Ted. A Riviere Sr. and Jenelle H. Barrick. He is survived by his sister Ronda Riviere, niece Megan Allison (Matt) and great niece Riana Allison, nephew Trey Riley (Elizabeth), great nieces Annabeth and Kenzi Riley, good friend Priscilla Henson along with many other friends and relatives.

In lieu of flowers Teddy would like donations to be made to the Leukemia Society.
