Teresa Ann Melton, 53, of Yadkinville, North Carolina went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.

She was born February 15, 1968 in Rutherford County to Larry and Patricia Pledger. She was married to Kenneth Ray Melton and he survives.

Also surviving is her mother, Patricia Pledger; father, Larry Pledger; two daughters, Christen Worsham (Ryan) and Brittany Lovelace; seven grandchildren, Alexys, Ava, Christalyhn, Honesty, Joseph, Journey and Benjamin; four sisters, Chrissy Lail (Dennis), Rhonda Degunion, Rachel and Michelle McEntyre.

She wasn't just a mother she was also our best friend! She loved to crochet, debate (never wrong) and helped as many people as she could (never met a stranger). She will be missed dearly, always be loved and never forgotten.
