Teresa Head Harris, of 114 O.P. Drive, Lawndale, died Friday, July 6, 2012 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby.

Born February 4, 1964 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late Bill Head and Luna Wright Head White.  She was a CNA Medical Tech at Century Care in Cherryville and attended Lawndale Baptist.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ralph White and a brother, James Head.

Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Robert Harris; three sons, William Navey and wife, Teresa of Salisbury; Jason Navey and wife, Miranda of Lawndale; Robbie Harris and Carmen Dabbs of Gastonia; one grandson, Christopher Navey; and a brother, Johnny Lem Head of Lawndale.

Burial: Community Baptist Church Cemetery, Shelby
