Teresa Wells, age 56, of Forest City, passed away April 25, 2018.

Born August 12, 1961 in Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Lou Wells and Carolyn Frady Wells Walker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Johnny Ray Wells and a brother, Steve Wells.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, April Wells of Forest City and Amanda Wells of Polk County; one son, Kyle Wells of Lake Lure.

A memorial service was held at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are respectfully requested to the Grace of God Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 212, Forest City, NC 28043 or to Harriett Memorial Free Will Baptist Church, 1938 U.S. Highway 221A, Forest City, NC 28043.
