Terry Franklin LaMountain, 70, of Grover, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025. A native of Cleveland County, she was born on May 6, 1955 to the late Eli Calvin Franklin and Betty Lou Head Franklin-Breakfield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Rick R. LaMountain.

Terry was retired from Polygram Manufacturing and a member of New Buffalo Baptist Church of Grover. She had a special love for traveling, especially to the mountains and the beach.

Survivors include her children, Larry G. McCurry (Lisa), of Shelby, Kathleen Nicole Ledford (Chris), of Boiling Springs, and David Ray LaMountain, of Grover; sisters, Barbara Auten (Alan), of Shelby, Tina Huffstettler (Wayne), of Smyrna, SC, and Donna Nichols, of Greenville, SC; her best friend, Beverly Heffner, of Bessemer City; grandchildren, Cody McCurry, Nicholas McCurry, Peyton McCurry, Kristin Terry, Lacey Ledford, and Joshua LaMountain.

The graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Cleveland Memorial Park with Reverend Adam Green officiating. The family will receive friends by the graveside following the service.
