Terry Lee "TL" Lovelace, 65, left this world, bound for his Heavenly home on Monday August 27, 2018 at Oak Grove Health Care of Rutherfordton, NC. He was born May 28, 1953 in Cleveland County to the late Fred Ellis and Dorothy Louise Canipe Lovelace.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Mike and Ronnie Lovelace.
Left to cherish his memory is brother, Keith Lovelace; sister, Cindy L. Houser and husband Mike; sister-in-law, Sondra Lovelace; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Terry was a very special, fun, loving, happy guy. A loving brother, uncle and friend to everyone who knew him. He loved music, loved playing his drums, and singing for the many crowds of people who came to listen to him through the years. He inspired many musicians during his short years on earth. He will be missed very much by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Terry's life, officiated by Rev. Jim Brackett, will be held at 6pm Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 1022 Oak Grove Rd, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
Terry's family will receive friends from 5:00 to 5:45 prior to the service at the church.
