I wanted to say thanks to two Shelby Police officers, Ryan Laughridge and Rita Strickland for going out of their way to change my tire. I was on the side of highway 74 in Shelby at a bad location and little room to change the tire in 96 degree summer heat. They were about to get off from work when they stopped to help.
