She is just four years old but loves lemons! Her name is Cody and we found her at the new Kings Mountain eatery, Center Street Tavern & Restaurant at 238 Cherokee Street. Cody’s mom, Paw-Paw and Maw-Maw came for dinner. While waiting for their order to arrive, the waitress kindly gave Cody a lot of lemons, sugar and salt so she could make her favorite “Cry Babies”!
Paw-Paw taught her to make “Cry Babies”. A slice of lemon with sugar on it and a touch of salt. Cody loves them so much and can now make them herself. –M. A. Andrews
