Thomas J. Prosser, 82, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at home.  Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Aloysius and Marvella Corcoran Prosser.  He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Diane Helen Prosser and numerous beloved Golden Retrievers since 1956.  Dr. Prosser was a member of York County Flyers (remote control modeler and flyer).  He was also a former member and past president of the Delaware R. C. Club.  Dr. Prosser was an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and remained an avid football fan of the Fighting Irish.  Dr. Prosser was a research chemist for Hercules, Inc. located in Wilmington, DE and retired after 32 years of service.

Dr. Prosser is survived by his wife of 57 years, Georgia Sechowski Prosser; daughter, Joan Prosser Wray and husband Gary of Newark, DE and their children Cody and Kyle; son, Jerome Thomas Prosser and wife Claudia of Charlotte, NC and their daughter Thamara; sister Rosemary Lisson of Killen, TX.

Services will be private.
