Thomas "Tom" Edwin Justice, age 73 of Shelby, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 8, 2022.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Regina Costner Justice of the home, a son, Micheal Justice (Heather) of Shelby, NC, two grandchildren, Brandon Justice (Stephanie) of Shelby, NC, and Breanna Cook (Justin) of Kings Mountain, NC, three great grandchildren, Braxlynn and Colton Justice of Shelby, NC, and Willow Cook of Kings Mountain, NC, and two sisters, Nancy Thomas (Bill) of Newport News, VA, and Ginger Justice of Shelby, NC.

Born December 7, 1948 in Cleveland County, NC, Tom was the son of the late Bill Justice and Etta Bonneal Hoyle Justice. Tom served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He worked and retired as a mechanic working at numerous locations. Tom enjoyed watching Nascar and eating breakfast with his friends.

The family would like to express a sincere thanks to Willie Allen for the help and care of Tom during his time of need.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Cleveland Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Michael Owens Jr.
