Mark, Ava and Joel Spragins, three generations of the Spragins family ran in the 8th Annual Rhythm and Roots Run 5k, Mark and his daughter Ava live in Colorado. Ava runs in her middle school cross country team and Mark went to Shelby High School. Joel is a resident of Shelby.
