Mrs. Tiana C'Nessia Scott-Hemphill, 29, of Gastonia, North Carolina, passed away on April 24, 2026, at Wendover Hospice.

She was born on March 9, 1997, in Cleveland County, North Carolina, to Wendell B. Scott and Jacqueline Bernice Parks.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Betty Parks, and her aunt, Barbara Parks.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving and devoted husband, Keymar Hemphill; her daughter, Raelynn Perkins Hemphill; her parents, Wendell B. Scott and Jacqueline Bernice Parks; her brother, Christopher Scott (Kary); her paternal grandmother, Isabell Rivers of Shelby, NC; and her nephews, Xavier and Noah Scott; her uncles, Guy Scott and Michael Parks; and aunt, Stacey Rivers, both of Shelby, NC; her special cousins, Shannon Whitworth and Sierra Parks; her great-aunts, Doris Shell, Judy Shell, Maxine Shell, Eva Jennings, and Kay Allen. She is also survived by her in-laws, Anthony and Lakeysha Perkins of Kings Mountain, NC; her special aunt Tjuana Smith aka Aunt Sissy; her brothers-in-law, Markell Hemphill and Jah Hemphill; her sister-in-law, Tarja Hemphill; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 9, 2026,. at Palmer Grove Baptist Church . Burial took place at Adams Chapel Cemetery, Lake Montana Road, Kings Mountain, NC.
