Timothy Charles Gibby, age 53, resident of 303 Ferrell Ave, Belmont, NC died November 6, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital, Gastonia, NC.  He was born in Gaston Co, NC and was preceded in death by his grandmother, Leona Spivey and step-dad Marvin Helms.
