FOREST CITY - Tonnie Ray "Bandit" Baxter, age 58, went to his heavenly home at his residence on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He is predeceased by his mother, Bonnie Franks Baxter; and a brother, Todd Baxter.

Tonnie leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Debra Davis Baxter of the home; two daughters, Lauren Baxter of the home and Jamie Baxter Burns; his Father, Jim Baxter; a special friend, Greg Carney; and two grandsons,Camdyn and Heston and numerous nieces.

Tonnie is a US Army veteran and held a Bachelor's Degree in Business. His last job before retirement was as Plant Manager at Multi-Wall Packaging. Tonnie was well loved by his many family members and friends and was known to be a wonderful husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, friend and Manager; who will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A 2:00 PM Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service, 132 East College Avenue, Shelby, NC 28152. Chaplain Mike Lawing officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Rutherford County Honor Guard.
