Mr. Tylon L. Wilson, 53, of Atlanta, Georgia, departed this life on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Grady Memorial Hospital, in Atlanta, GA. He was born on September 27, 1972 in Shelby, NC to Anita Wilson and the late Thomas Osborne.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Sarah Wilson; paternal grandmother, Edith Barnes and uncleJames "Butch" Wilson

He leaves cherished memories to his mother, Anita Wilson; one son, Kevonte Battle; daughter, Maria Maddox; a brother, Donnie Davenport (Twanette) and Monty Poston; his aunts, Nadine Lipscomb and Barbara Barnes; special friend, Valleri Adams and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Shiloh Baptist Church. Burial will took place at Sunset Cemetery in Shelby, NC.
