RUTHERFORDTON - Vincent Conley Kinard, Sr., age 67, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Rufus and Nadine Smith Kinard in Savannah, Georgia on Saturday, November 26, 1949.

Vincent leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Robbie Kinard of the home; one daughter, Amy Batchelor; one son, Vincent Kinard Jr.; one grandson, Dawson Kinard; one granddaughter, Allyson; sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.

He served in the United States Army and worked at the United States Postal Service. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother and grandfather. He will truly be loved and missed.

Private services will be held by the family at a later date to be determined.
