Warren Stewart "Smoke" Brown, 66 of Asheville, NC passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.

He was born on October 7, 1954 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Woodrow Brown and the late Dorothy Sanders Brown.

"Smoke" as he was affectionately called was a painter and carpenter and had a great love for art and music. His love for art and music will live on through his son and his family for years to come.

In addition to his parents, Warren was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Byers; his grandparents, Robert and Cora Sanders and Walter and Nancy Brown and a nephew, Dexter Eaves.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Tymothy Jones; his sister, LaRita Glover (Sanders); his brothers, Raleigh Brown (April); nephews and nieces, Kelvin, LaShonda, Jerrica, Robert and Jordan; great-nephews and nieces, Ja'elle, Kenneth and KJ; aunts, Helen Brown, Marie Brown, Lousie Welch and a host other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Brown will be private. The service will be livestreamed starting at 11:15 AM on Saturday, May 8, 2021. He can be viewed from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 AM until 11:30 AM at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel on Saturday and other times at the homes of his sister, 846 Churchhill Drive Shelby and his brother, 1310 Frederick St. Shelby.
