Wayne Junior McBee, age 67, of Forest City, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

Wayne was born Friday, March 4, 1955 in Cleveland County to the late Junior McBee and Dora Bradley McBee. He served honorably in the U.S. Army and worked many years at Cone Mill - Cliffside plant and also worked in construction. He was a member of Wilson Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sondra Lowery.

Survivors include his brother, Ricky McBee (Terry) of Georgetown, SC; brother-in-law, Mike Lowery of Henrietta; special friends, Barry Babb and Jamie Dobbins and several nieces and nephews.

A private inurnment will be conducted at Cleveland Memorial Park.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
