William E. Franze, 88, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed peacefully on Tuesday, March 02, 2021 while in the care of hospice at Novant Matthews Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Olivia Franze.

He is survived by one daughter, Helena Franze Yarbro of Kings Mountain, NC and two sons, William E. Franze Jr. of Brewster, MA, and Michael Franze of Port St. Lucie, FL, along with five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. William was an outdoor enthusiast who loved to fish, hunt, and play golf.

A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date by the family.
