Willie "Bill" A Towery, 94, of Lawndale, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 at Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation Center, Cherryville.

Born in Cleveland County, on November 16, 1926, he was a son of the late John Towery and Notre Hoyle Towery. Bill retired from Hickory Springs.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers, June, Ralph and Cecil Towery and two sister, Fannie McCombs and Mack Lail.

He is survived by a special friend Ruby Hoyle and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

The Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 3:00 PM.
