I’ve always heard that writing is more about perspiration than inspiration. It’s true. Even though it is very fulfilling to write about the outdoors, it is also difficult at times to continue to find worthy subjects and stories.
The retirees have fished twice since I last reported. The first was on Lake Norman and John Black partnered with Fred Wright to take the win. They had 8.70 and anchored that with a 4.20 big bass of the day.
