Transportation Administration of Cleveland County, Inc. (TACC) is a non-profit agency that provides general public transportation for Cleveland County residents.TACC started back in April 1988 in an uptown Shelby location before moving to a spot at the corner of Double Shoals road and NC18. It settled in its present location at 952 Airport Road, Shelby in July 1999. TACC's white and blue vans are a familiar sight in and around the county.
