Christmas Holiday: City of Shelby will be closed Thursday and Friday (December 24 and 25, 2015). Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday garbage and recycling collection will operate on regular schedule. Thursday's garbage and recycling collection will occur a day earlier on Wednesday.
