Mrs. Chantel Denise Ross Cook, 23, of 311 Borders Rd., died Sat., Aug. 27, 2011 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland Co., she was the daughter of Scott and Connie Owle Ross of Shelby.
